There is an overall strategy for my real estate business that consists of: understanding the external environment - the market, while always bettering the internal environment - my business Toronto Home Shopping. I operate effectively, creatively, honestly, resourcefully and always with a happy client in mind. All of these characteristics add up to professional real estate service offered by me, that turn into great results for my client, you. And of course a very important ingredient to my success is that I love what I do - as Philip Green said: “You’ve got to love what you do to really make things happen.” 

                                                      Why Real Estate Career? 

Sometimes my clients ask me why I decided to get into real estate. I always knew I wanted to be involved with real estate as an investor. Growing up in a family that purchased real estate properties and kept them long term so to create passive income, I always believed real estate is the way to go. With this mind set and entrepreneurial spirit, I decided to get into real estate and have first hand knowledge of the markets, properties and all other real estate intricacies. Real estate business is my way of realizing my real estate & investment goals and it is also a way for me to help my clients realize their real estate goals all of which is something I thoroughly enjoy doing. This is why I chose business of real estate as my full time career.
